Pacific Clinics: About Us

Diversity

Commitment to workforce diversity fosters respect, innovation and creativity in delivering the most culturally sensitive (and therefore effective) care to those we serve. Many members of Pacific Clinics’ 1,200-plus staff are able to speak languages besides English, including Spanish, Cantonese, Chiu Chow, Mandarin, Taiwanese, Toishen, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, Farsi, Vietnamese and Armenian. They can claim heritage from various regions of the United States, Europe, Mexico, Central and South America, Asia and Africa.

We welcome and celebrate our staff and consumers from all ethnic and faith-based backgrounds, as well as those who are gay, Lesbian and trans-gender.
