Representing key constituencies impacted by its services, the contributions of the Quality Assurance Boards, F.A.C.E.S, and Advisory Councils enhance the dialogue with Pacific Clinics' communities to help in planning for unmet needs and improve quality of care.
Quality Assurance Boards (QAB)
Adult consumers and their family members serve on the Boards, giving voice to the individuals and families served by Pacific Clinics. Their periodic site visits and recommendations encourage growth, communication, and program enhancement for Pacific Clinics' consumers and their communities.

F.A.C.E.S. (Families Assisting Clinics to Enhance Services)
Caregivers of Pacific Clinics' child and adolescent consumers are the members of this board. Parents, foster parents, grandparents, other relatives and legal guardians meet monthly to review and provide input to the Clinics on improving child and family programs throughout the agency.
