Multicultural Services for Diverse Communities
With Southern California's immense ethnic diversity, Pacific Clinics provides consumer and family services that are culturally competent and language appropriate.

Many of Pacific Clinics' programs have been designed specifically for historically underserved ethnic populations in our region, unique to their respective communities and advised by its participants, family members and community leaders.

Asian Pacific Family Center (APFC)

Created by Pacific Clinics in 1986 to respond to the lack of services for this growing community, the Asian Pacific Family Center serves consumers of all ages with a multilingual staff providing services in several Asian languages.

In addition to traditional on-site outpatient services, APFC's innovative prevention /early intervention, parenting and mentoring programs have become a model for San Gabriel Valley community efforts to fight youth gang and drug activity. Learn more...

Latino Services: Centro Familiar

Based in Santa Fe Springs, Centro Familiar is the hub of far-reaching programs serving people of all ages and their families. Its innovative suicide prevention program, originally developed to reduce the high rate of suicide among adolescent Latinas, has expanded to include male participants and their families.

Programs are provided in several Los Angeles County-area elementary, middle and secondary schools and include classes, support groups, conferences and Spanish language videos. Learn more...

Armenian Services

Working with children, teens, and families in the Armenian community, the programs also include HyeWrap for Armenian immigrant students which now serves three high schools, two middle schools and an elementary school in the Glendale school district. Recently, Armenian school-based services were expanded to Grant High School in North Hollywood/Van Nuys. An Armenian parenting program is offered in Pasadena schools. Learn more..
