Program Description

Nonprofit organizations are struggling to meet the growing needs facing their communities. This special interactive session is designed for nonprofit leaders who are ready to learn new tools for planning, fundraising and working with your board.

Topics will include:

  • An organizational assessment to define strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
  • An overview of strategies for building and motivating your board
  • A plan for marketing your organization and telling your story better
