Pacific Clinics' sale of Fair Oaks property part of long term strategy

Arcadia, CA-April 5, 2005-Pacific Clinics' Vice President of Operations Ara Artinian announced completion of the sale of its property at 909 South Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena to Champion Development of Los Angeles, California. The transaction is part of Pacific Clinics' long term strategic plan to provide better access to services and further expand its programs for individuals and families in the Pasadena area. Pacific Clinics will continue to offer services at the South Fair Oaks site as the lessee for the next 15 months as it researches locations for additional community based services. Programs offered at this location include outpatient Adult and Older Adult services, Pacific Clinics Training Institute and several administrative departments.

Founded in 1926, Pacific Clinics' first office was in the basement of the City's Education Building. As the demand for services grew, the Clinics' occupied many facilities throughout Pasadena. Today, with a $60 million budget, Pacific Clinics continues services to Pasadena residents with services in multiple locations. In addition, the agency serves children, adolescents, adults, older adults and homeless individuals at more than 70 locations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
