8th Annual Passageways Homeless Resource Fair held at new location |

Arcadia, October 16, 2006-This year's annual Passageways Resource Fair will be held at a new location, the Salvation Army, 960 E. Walnut, Pasadena, in its gym and parking lot. The Resource Fair is on Friday, October 20, 2006, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Passageways Annual Resource Fair brings together 40 agencies. Free services provided include a free mobile medical clinic, the mobile van from Foothill Employment offering job assistance resources, and vision testing. Plus entertainment provided by local artists and free lunch catered by Pie 'n Burger sponsored by Security Pacific Home Loans. Passageways is a one-stop resource center serving Pasadena's homeless population. Administered by Pacific Clinics, a private non-profit mental health care agency, Passageways agencies include Union Station, AIDS Service Center and the Pasadena Public Health Department.
