What We Do: Services

Teens

The normal challenges of the teen and pre-teen years are intensified by drug and alcohol abuse, difficult or disintegrating family situations, peer pressure, and law enforcement encounters. Pacific Clinics works with schools, physicians, and county juvenile courts, probation departments and child and family services agencies in culturally sensitive programs that focus on helping adolescents develop their strengths and realize their potential in setting
the course for their futures.

Full Service Partnerships (FSP)

Through FSP programs funded by the Mental Health Services Act, Pacific Clinics’ multicultural staff provides field-based services and substance abuse/mental health treatment to youth who are homeless, recently emancipated from foster care, recently incarcerated or otherwise at high risk. Other supportive services include housing and vocational services. Teens and young adults (“transitional age youth” ages 16-25) are also welcome at our Drop-In Centers funded by MHSA. To be considered for FSP enrollment, or for FSP programs locations, please contact our Call Center counselors: 1-877-PCCARES (1-877-722-2737)

School-Based Programs

In coordination with school districts and continuation schools, Pacific Clinics’ on-site school programs provide daily and weekly individual, group and peer group sessions. Crisis intervention services are provided as necessary.

School-Linked Programs

School-linked programs work closely with school and community personnel to identify and refer teens with needs for care.

Substance Abuse/Mental Health Programs

Consumers dually diagnosed with co-occurring substance abuse and behavioral health issues receive therapy and counseling in community-based settings.
