Jennifer D’Alvarez is vice president of advancement, responsible for the agency’s fundraising and volunteer engagement efforts. D’Alvarez brings more than 20 years of leadership experience driving fundraising and grant strategies from concept to implementation. She oversees the development and management of annual campaigns, major donor cultivation and solicitation, planned gifts, special events, direct mail appeals, employee giving and volunteerism. Prior to joining Pacific Clinics, she served as chief advancement and communications officer at Optimist Youth Homes & Family Services. D’Alvarez is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and a Certified Fundraising Executive. An advocate of health and wellness, D’Alvarez currently sits on the board of directors for Yoga Haven and the Boys and Girls Club of the Foothills. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
