Kris Giordano joined Pacific Clinics in February 2017. She has an impressive breadth of healthcare management experience spanning more than 25 years. At Pacific Clinics, Giordano directs several significant administrative functions, including Information Technology, Claims Administration, Contracts, Operations, Facilities/Purchasing, Environmental Health & Safety, PCTI and Head Start. Before arriving at Pacific Clinics, Giordano served as the Chief Operating Officer for an intensive outpatient treatment services company where she was responsible for a $30 million annual operating budget, contract negotiations of physicians, and state licensing of facilities. Prior, she held executive positions at VITAS Healthcare and RAND Corporation’s Health Division as Senior General Manager and Director of Operations, respectively, and had responsibility for contractual arrangements, staff productivity, patient quality and satisfaction, financial operations, management of 650 staff, and oversight of a $75 million annual budget. Giordano earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
