Laura Pancake serves as chief clinical officer and is responsible for overseeing Pacific Clinics’ clinical and integrated mental health services for children, adolescents and adults. She is also responsible for supportive services including health navigation, integrated care, wellness and recovery services, employment services and housing services. With over 25 years of experience, Pancake is a licensed clinical social worker and committed to community behavioral health services. In 2019, Pancake was named one of Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top Women Leaders in Healthcare. She earned a Master of Science in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University.
