Pacific Clinics now offers consumers a secure Client Portal so you can take a more active role in your health care.
Pacific Clinics’ Client Portal is a secure website that allows you to:
- Securely access your health information 24 hours a day
- View upcoming and past appointments
- Review and print your medications and allergy listings
- Send secure messages to your psychiatrist and/or provider
- View your current demographic information
As the electronic health record functionality expands, we plan to add more features to this new tool.
If you wish to enroll in the Client Portal, or wish to have an authorized family member or legal representative access your Client Portal, please contact your program.
The Client Portal is not intended to be used to communicate:
- an emergency
- an urgent issue or
- sensitive information (e.g., HIV, work excuses, etc.).
