National Prevention Week

Hosted by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), National Prevention Week is an annual health observance focused on increasing the prevention of substance use and the promotion of mental health.

The weeklong National Prevention Week observance brings individuals, organizations, and communities together to celebrate and inform on efforts to raise awareness about the importance of preventing substance use and mental disorders.
