North Tahoe Adult Outpatient Counseling is a collection of mental health services for Medi-Cal eligible adults in Placer County. Outpatient mental health services such as individual therapy, psychiatric medication management, and psycho-education are collaboratively developed, strength-based, and driven by patient needs. Uplift Family Services provides services that are centered on the individual’s voice, choice, and culture.
Adult Outpatient Services include:
- Individual therapy
- Psychiatric medication management
- Crisis intervention
- Psycho-education
- Case management
- Help finding community resources
