Educational Programs

Educational Programs provide students with the skills they need to live successful lives. Our robust programs include early childhood development, classroom consultations in partnership with school districts, adult continuing education programs and parent workshops.

Support Services

Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.

As published in India Post and Asian Journal, Ethnic Media Services hosted a panel of various community and health care providers, including  the Department of Health Care Services and Pacific Clinics’ Senior Clinical Director, CalAIM Rachelle Grant discussed the Medi-Cal transformation and the various programs available.

“For the state to say yes, everyone deserves health and wellness is one thing and to put money into the services that are actually going to improve a third of Californians lives is amazing,” said Grant. “This really is innovative.”

Through Pacific Clinics’ Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports programs, they assist members find and maintain housing, as well as help navigate the physical and mental health care systems.
