Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.
Partnered with the Department of Family and Children Services and the Placement Unit, Pacific Clinics offers placement supportive services to help give children, youth and other non-minor dependents the treatment they need to find somewhere they can comfortably call home.
Placement Supportive Services (PSS) is a partnership with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) and the Placement Unit.
Through our partnership, PSS provides stabilization services by offering individual, intensive, brief therapeutic treatment and crisis stabilization to children, youths, and non-minor dependents (ages 0-21) who are either at the Welcoming Center or one of DFCS’ scattered satellite homes, at risk of entering the Welcoming Center, at risk of losing their home placement, or who are difficult to find placement for.
We aim to make a positive difference in the communities we serve.
