Health Navigation is a culturally responsive, promising practice intervention designed to provide the services, skills and confidence, which consumers with serious mental illness need, to self-manage their healthcare.
We achieve this by connecting you with a certified health navigator who will teach you the skills to empower you to care for your medical and dental needs independently.

The recent wildfires have deeply tested our resilience as the devastating fires in Southern California continue to impact countless lives. Tragically, 40 of our employees and clients have lost their homes, and many more have been evacuated as the emergency unfolds. Our teams continue to assist clients and families during this time.
