Planned Giving
Make a lasting impact for children in crisis and their families through a planned gift to Pacific Clinics.
Include Pacific Clinics in Your Will
The easiest and most common way to create a lasting legacy is by including Pacific Clinics in your will. By asking your attorney to revise your will or add a simple amendment, you can make a charitable bequest of a dollar amount, specific property, a percentage of your estate, or what remains after providing for your heirs.
An example amendment to your will: “I give (dollar amount or percentage of estate) to Pacific Clinics [Tax ID #94-2295953], a California non-profit corporation, to be used for its exempt purposes.”
Pacific Clinics recommends consulting with an attorney when you make or modify a will.

Designate Part of Your Retirement Fund to Pacific Clinics After Your Lifetime
If you are planning to leave the funds remaining in your retirement plan after your lifetime to someone other than your spouse, much of the money may be lost to taxes. Naming a charity as the beneficiary of your retirement plan can help shield your retirement assets from heavy taxation.
To name Pacific Clinics as a beneficiary of your 401(k), 403(b), IRA or other retirement plan, please advise your plan administrator to designate your gift to:
Pacific Clinics
Tax ID #94-2295953
251 Llewellyn Ave.
Campbell, CA 95008
If you are considering naming Pacific Clinics as a beneficiary of your retirement plan, please consult your tax advisor or attorney for full advice on the effect of your gift.
Designate Part of your Life Insurance to Pacific Clinics After Your Lifetime
One of the simplest ways to make a significant gift in the future is to name Pacific Clinics as beneficiary to receive all or a portion of the proceeds of a policy which is no longer needed for family protection.
