Increase your ability to practice self-care by learning about the vicarious trauma toolkit. After attending this training, you will be able to:

  • Communicate effectively about vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue and its impact on employee wellness.
  • Advocate for policies and procedures to address vicarious trauma in the workplace.
  • Utilize strategies to maintain wellness in a stressful occupation.

Who should attend:
Law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics, medical professionals, and behavioral health professionals.
