Educational Programs

Educational Programs provide students with the skills they need to live successful lives. Our robust programs include early childhood development, classroom consultations in partnership with school districts, adult continuing education programs and parent workshops.

Support Services

Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.

Pacific Clinics held its annual fundraiser, An Evening for Our Kids, a sold-out event that raised a record $126,000 in support of essential services and programs for children and families in Santa Clara County.

During the event, which took place at La Rinconada Country Club in Los Gatos, guests were treated to wine, delicious culinary creations from renowned local chef Nick Difu and a silent auction where the lucky winners secured items including a luxurious beachfront hotel stay in Santa Cruz, an Annieglass sculpture and San Francisco Giants tickets for right behind home plate. Attendees also heard a moving testimonial from a young Hope Drop-In Center client who was unhoused, on and off drugs, and “came to [Pacific Clinics] on the worst day of [his] life.” He credits the program with helping him get into recovery and obtain housing, as well as helping him enroll in school and securing a part-time job.

Each year, Pacific Clinics helps more than 8,000 children, adults and families in Santa Clara County who are struggling with mental and behavioral health challenges, food and housing insecurity and untreated trauma. Funds raised at this event will support our Neurodevelopmental Services, Mobile Crisis Services, Foster Care and Adoption Services, the Hope Drop-In Center, Family Resource Centers, Celebrating Families, and the Wellspring fund, which helps families with emergency items such as food, blankets, clothing, diapers, and supplies for hygiene and school.

Community Leadership Board member Christina Ford reflected, “I love knowing that my donation will help a child receive life-changing care, support a family during their hardest moment and allow a teen to finally feel seen and valued. This night was more than a fundraiser — it was a promise to these kids and families that they are not alone, and that their future matters.”

A huge thank you to our hosts, Lisa and Case Swenson, and sponsors Jim and Marianne Nelson, Greg Bowman, Jo and Barry Ariko, the Margaret & Kapil Nanda Family Foundation, Sue Ramar and Steve Kottmeier, and Joseph George Wine Merchants.

We are also grateful for Pacific Clinics CEO/President Kathy McCarthy, Board members John Tallarida, Jon Hicks, Roger Barney, Lisa Swenson and Judy Kwan, as well as Community Leadership Board Members Christina Ford, Nallely Gomez, Joe Pirzynski and Caryl Pozos.
