Contestants were tasked with streamlining Pacific Clinics’ intake process and helping clients gain access to services, and the teams were evaluated on application design using Salesforce’s software. These tools will be implemented across the New Business service lines and the mobile crisis programs in Solano and Santa Clara counties by December 2022.
