Educational Programs

Educational Programs provide students with the skills they need to live successful lives. Our robust programs include early childhood development, classroom consultations in partnership with school districts, adult continuing education programs and parent workshops.

Support Services

Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.

Mental and behavioral wellness is a cornerstone of strong, thriving communities. Across Santa Clara County, Pacific Clinics’ Personalized Counseling program is making that vision a reality by providing accessible, high-quality counseling services to Valley Health Plan (VHP) Medi-Cal members. Through a combination of telehealth and in-person care, our teams are helping children, families and adults navigate mental and behavioral health challenges.

Individuals come to Pacific Clinics facing a variety of challenges — stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, grief, attention and impulsivity challenges, and difficulties related to major life transitions. Our clinicians provide evidence-based care that not only supports immediate needs but also builds long-term coping skills.

While children and teens benefit from developmentally appropriate support such as play and family therapy, adults can receive parenting support and couples counseling. For neurodivergent clients, we offer a wide range of services to support improved communication, social functioning, daily living skills, sensory perception and processing, and self-regulation. Individual therapy, group therapy and diagnostic assessments round out a robust spectrum of care.

“Our goal is to meet people exactly where they are — whether they’re navigating stress, parenting challenges or significant life changes,” said Associate Clinical Director Jackie Refo. “We want every VHP Medi-Cal member to feel supported, valued and empowered throughout their mental health journey.”

With conveniently located offices in North San Jose, Mountain View, Los Gatos and Morgan Hill, Pacific Clinics ensures that care is woven into the fabric of the Bay Area communities we serve. Telehealth options further reduce barriers, making it possible for busy parents, working adults, and older adults to receive support without the burden of transportation or scheduling challenges.
