Chief Financial Officer Jason Gurahoo recently spoke on a Salesforce webinar panel about how Pacific Clinics is using Compassionate Agents, a Salesforce technology, to improve service delivery and outcomes while achieving a positive return on investment (ROI).
“For us, it’s really about the evolution of our technology objectives,” said Gurahoo. “Looking at things like scalability, efficiencies, cost reductions, productivity — those were reasons I’ve found that [Salesforce technology] was going to be really important to us.”
