Kim M. Wells, Esq., is chief legal officer for Pacific Clinics. In this capacity, she is responsible for the agency’s exposure to legal risk, including litigation, compliance, contracting, board governance and advocacy in connection with proposed laws, rules and regulations. With 19 years of experience, Wells has expertise in health law and is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney. Prior to joining Pacific Clinics, she led a private practice and served as an outside counsel for the agency. Before this, she was a partner in the Sacramento office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP. Wells earned a Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.
