Pacific Clinics’ Chief Executive Officer/President Kathy McCarthy is in the Big Apple, New York City, this week, at Salesforce World Tour 2023 where she will deliver the nonprofit keynote while discussing Pacific Clinics’ partnership with Salesforce and how technology allows mental health services to serve more clients, save time and achieve better health equity.

With the use of Salesforce, Pacific Clinics is more data driven and efficient. “Salesforce helps us to share information quickly and across teams, reducing costs and creating efficiencies. More efficiencies mean more of our time and resources go where they should – to the people we serve,” says Kathy. “Data analytics help us to impact health outcomes positively. For example, we can understand who will likely accept treatment and who may say no. This allows us to create health equity because we can change our approach to meet the needs of complex care populations and improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations.”

Also in attendance is Chief Financial Officer Jason Gurahoo and Chief Communications Officer Myeisha Peguero Gamino.
