Our goal is not to change what makes someone neurodivergent. Counseling focuses on understanding individual needs and developing strategies that support wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
Coaching provides practical, individualized guidance for people who want support working through challenges, building skills and developing strategies they can use at home, school, work and in everyday life.
Parents and caregivers may also meet with our Neurodevelopmental Services team to discuss concerns, better understand individual needs and explore strategies that respect the person’s strengths, preferences and goals.
You do not need a diagnosis to begin exploring support.
Some people come to us after receiving an autism, ADHD or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis. Others may suspect that they or someone they care for is neurodivergent and want help understanding their needs.
