Support Services

Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.

On February 14, Pacific Clinics’ Vice President of Outcomes & Evaluation, Analytics & Training Scott Fairhurst, Ph.D, appeared on Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management’s live video podcast, “Connecting the Dots: The Making of Meaningful Metrics”.
