On behalf of Uplift Family Services and the children and families we serve, thank you so much for supporting CBT’s 17th Annual Charity Golf Classic. This year’s CBT Golf Classic raised over $32,000, which beats previous years’ fundraising records!
Founder and CEO Kelly Ireland, along with her incredible team at CB Technologies, have been generously hosting CBT’s Annual Charity Golf Classic for the past 17 years and have raised over $300,000 for our programs at Uplift Family Services. This year, the team deserves a big round of applause for continuing the CBT Golf Classic tradition despite the challenges faced during the pandemic. The CB Technologies team prevailed by accommodating the event to make it safe and fun for everyone. This event has been critical for providing funds for our Hollygrove programs such as Hollygrove Haven (formerly Endless Summer), Camp Hollygrove, and Parent Institute. In addition, the funds will also go towards our Whatever it Takes Fund, which provides aid for our families who have been impacted by the pandemic and have faced insurmountable struggles to meet their basic needs.
If you are able, please consider a donation to help those most affected by the pandemic. All donations will have a measurable and lasting difference for children who have experienced adverse childhood trauma such as neglect, exposure to violence, drug or alcohol addiction, or have been separated from their families. It will also help parents and families build a network of support with other parents going through similar challenges, as well as develop new skills in a safe and nurturing environment.
As a token of our appreciation, our kids from the Hollygrove Haven program drew CB Tech golfers having a great time at the CBT’s Charity Golf Classic.
