Pacific Clinics is honored to be an inaugural member of IEHP Foundation’s Leadership Network, a two-year leadership development program for Inland Empire community-based organizations (CBOs) that address the social determinants of health.

Through this initiative, 40 CBOs across San Bernardino and Riverside counties will receive direct grant funding, with $2.3 million distributed annually over the next two years. Pacific Clinics was among the 40 organizations selected to participate in this transformative program. These grants aim to enhance the organizational infrastructure and leadership capacity of nonprofits, ensuring they are well-equipped to serve families with children in our region effectively.

“With this funding, not only will we be strong leaders in the sector, but we’ll be a stronger organization, improving health outcomes and addressing barriers to access to mental and behavioral health care,” said Maria Murillo, regional executive director, inland empire.

Candy Curiel, senior clinical director, added, “This program is a game-changer for organizations like ours. The Leadership Network will allow us to expand our impact. We’re excited to grow as leaders and create lasting change for the families we serve.”
