Pacific Clinics was featured in the San Diego Union-Tribune, highlighting the launch of ASCEND (Advancing Substance Use Disorder Counselor Education and Development), California’s new, free 80-hour online certification program for substance use disorder counselors developed by the University of California, San Diego Division of Extended Studies.
