SVP, Workforce Engagement and Impact Michelle Linares spoke at this year’s Women’s Disruptive Leadership Summit on July 30 in Long Beach. During the panel, “Ready to Lead: Equipping Emerging Women Leaders for Strategic Roles,” Michelle, along with three women executives from Medix, Sutter Health and HFMA, discussed cultivating the next generation of women leaders through effective mentorship and sponsorship frameworks, competencies needed for future executive roles and systems that support long-term leadership pipelines.
“At Pacific Clinics, building our Employee Resource Groups and Workforce Engagement and Impact committees across the state allows a great infrastructure to mentor and strengthen our employees’ leadership skills for their current and future selves,” Michelle said.
This year’s summit’s theme, “Where Bold Voices Shape the Future of Healthcare and Healthcare Leadership,” brought together forward-thinking healthcare professionals who gathered to ignite innovation, champion equity and accelerate executive growth.
